Meet our Team

Westminster Property Association is managed by a small team from its offices on Haymarket, which are shared with the British Property Federation and LandAid. The team is also responsible for managing the City Property Association, the WPA’s sister organisation for the City of London.

Charles has led the executive of the Westminster Property Association since October 2014, and is responsible for driving forward the policy, public affairs and event programmes for the association.

Prior to this Charles was a partner at a FTSE 100 communications consultancy. He has extensive experience in corporate comms, stakeholder engagement and global marketing campaigns. A former journalist, Charles worked for national newspapers and broadcast media for over a decade, and also spent five years in a senior communications role at Westminster City Council.

He enjoys playing Lego with his son and telling people he once played for Manchester City’s youth team.

Rosie has joined the WPA from the Berkeley Group, a FTSE 250 company, where she was Communications Manager for St George PLC. Prior to this, she was an Account Director at public affairs agency Bellenden (now Newington) and has worked for a London borough.

She specialises in communications and public engagement for planning applications and new developments across the capital.

In her spare time, she likes going to the theatre, seeing live music and listening to podcasts.

Jeremy joined the CPA not long after volunteering with the Better Together campaign in Scotland and also spending time working alongside MP's, MSP’s and city councillors on many local and national campaigns, which he had also done during his time at University. Jeremy graduated from the University of Aberdeen with an MA in Archaeology and spent his time there juggling between excavations and political campaigning.

Jeremy enjoys Rugby, and long treks through the countryside.

Luke graduated from the University of Sheffield in 2015 with a BA (Hons) in History. Since graduating Luke worked with a local property developersas a Sales and Operations assistant and also volunteered to campaign with his local MP in the 2015 General Election.
