Westminster City Council has announced a modest increase in its Planning Performance Agreement (PPA) fees. The WPA fully supports PPAs which are essential for Westminster City Council to continue delivering a high quality planning service. The Council is currently recruiting six new planning officers and WPA members’ continued use of PPAs, which represents partnership working with Westminster, is a vital component of staff funding.
Major and minor PPAs now cost £31,000 and £15,000 respectively. New categories for large-scale proposals and major householder have also been introduced, following consultation with WPA. The updated costs came into force on 23 July 2018.
