On Monday 5 March over 100 WPA members attended our 1 Dean Street reception. The building is a 90,700 sq ft retail and office development at the eastern end of Oxford Street: an increasingly important area of the West End with the Crossrail station due to open at Tottenham Court Road in December 2018 and ongoing consultations to transform the Oxford Street District.
The drinks reception was a great opportunity for our members to experience this exciting new development and network with fellow WPA members.
Charles Begley, Executive Director of WPA, welcomed members to the event before Andrew White, Development Director at Great Portland Estates and WPA Board Member, talked guests through the planning and construction of 1 Dean Street.
