WPA NextGen has produced a short pre-recorded video interview to give NextGen members a better understanding of the making of a Local Plan.
In this concise 15-minute video, James Burrage (WPA NextGen Chair; Great Portland Estates – Development Manager) asks Suzanne Thurtle (Gerald Eve – Associate) to explain what a Local Plan is and how these frameworks support real estate development. The interview also provides members with an update on the current status of the Westminster City Plan, whilst highlighting some of its more contentious points.
