We welcomed over 160 members and stakeholders to our WPA AGM Drinks Reception at Landsec’s n2.
WPA Chair Marcus Geddes (Managing Director, Workplace, Landsec) updated attendees on the Association’s business priorities for the forthcoming year. These are:
- Champion Westminster’s economic growth as a driver of social and cultural prosperity
- Continue to promote and inform best practice environmental sustainability
- Strengthen relationships with private and public sector bodies to deliver on shared goals, ambitions and policies
- Work towards a more diverse, equitable and inclusive property industry
Our keynote speaker was Cabinet Member for Climate, Ecology and Culture at Westminster City Council, Cllr Ryan Jude who spoke about the importance of effective collaboration between the industry and the Council, as well as the success of WPA and Westminster City Council’s Sustainable City Charter.
