The theme of this year’s conference was “People not Property” and invited a number of discussions and presentations on topics such as placemaking, student life and the future of retail. Charles Begley, Executive Director of WPA, represented the Association by moderating a panel discussion on wellbeing. James Cooskey, WPA Board Member and Director of Central London at The Crown Estate, sat on the City of Westminster panel, alongside Barbara Brownlee, Executive Director of Growth, Planning and Housing at Westminster City Council.
