The Westminster Property Association Board has elected Olivia Harris, Chief Executive of Dolphin Living, as its new Chair as part of a restructure of its leadership team.
Paul Williams, Chief Executive of Derwent London, will support Olivia over the next year as Vice Chair. Both will be supported by Brian Bickell, Chief Executive of Shaftesbury, in the newly created role of Deputy Vice Chair.
The new structure provides a strong and diverse leadership for the WPA at an important time for the membership body, which is committed to its ‘Good Growth’ agenda working with developers, planning authorities and the public.
Olivia Harris, Chief Executive of Dolphin Living and new Chair of the WPA, said:
“It is an honour to lead the Association at this important time. I look forward to a busy year working with Paul, Brian and the WPA team, advocating the interests of the property sector and supporting good growth across central London.
“On behalf of the WPA Board and all our members, we would also like to thank Craig McWilliam for his significant contribution during his tenure as Chair. He has left the organisation well placed to meet the challenges going forward.”
