WPA has responded to the GLA consultation about intermediate housing for London.
The WPA recognises the urgent need to deliver more homes across London, including intermediate homes. The capital’s housing crisis is a major threat to its success as an attractive place not only to live, but to work and invest.
Working Londoners are vital for the economic and social success of Central London. More affordable housing for these workers, including intermediate housing to rent, is needed to ensure London has the workforce needed for economic recovery.
