On Wednesday evening, WPA hosted a reception for members in Grosvenor’s latest development, Eccleston Yards, a new hub for independent businesses, innovative entrepreneurs and creative talent, located on the Belgravia/Victoria border.
Claire Dawe, Investment Associate Director (London Estate) at Grosvenor Britain & Ireland outlined the creative vision for the Yards. In particular, she emphasised the uniqueness of the Yards as a creative hub and public space in the heart of Belgravia, designed to attract a new kind of consumer and revitalise this part of the Estate.
Claire also spoke about the need for the property industry to engage with communities to create sustainable public spaces which add value to the built environment. Members enjoyed the drinks and canapés, and took advantage of the pleasant weather to enjoy the courtyard.
