Response to Business Rates Review Call for Evidence: Stage One

On behalf of WPA, London Property Alliance today submitted a response to Stage One of HM Treasury’s Business Rates Review Call for Evidence.

The Alliance calls for  business rates relief to continue for another twelve months from April 2021, and for the multiplier to be used until the next revaluation is implemented, to ensure that business rates reflect significant changes in the rateable value of properties as a result of Covid-19.
