The WPA has responded to the final consultation on the Main Modifications proposed to the Westminster City Plan.
In summary, the letter sets out the Association’s views:
- In support of the strengthening of policy around net zero carbon buildings
- Regret on the deletion of Policy 10 (affordable housing contributions from commercial development) in its entirety
- Welcoming the continuing use of mixed use credits to support affordable housing delivery
