In this London Property Alliance (WPA + CPA) pre-recorded video, Matthew Dillon (Associate Director, Arup) presents the recommendations from the second phase of the GLA’s Central Activities Zone (CAZ) Economic Futures Research. The research, produced in partnership with Arup, Gerald Eve and the London School of Economics, assesses the impacts of the pandemic and Brexit on the economic future of the CAZ.
Discussing its findings with London Property Alliance Executive Director Charles Begley, Matthew stresses the importance of arts and culture for Central London’s economic ecosystem, and looks to overseas case studies for indicators of changing working behaviours.
