This year’s WPA AGM Evening Reception is to take place at Howard de Walden Estate’s flagship Hale House – 38,000 sq ft of cutting edge workspace in Harley Street for London’s thriving Health-tech sector, a key growth industry for the capital.
The reception formally marks the appointment of James Raynor, Chief Executive, Grosvenor Property UK to Chair of WPA following the end of Marcus Geddes’ two-year tenure. At the reception guests will hear from James on WPA’s priorities for the year ahead.
Guests will also hear from Jules Pipe CBE, Deputy Mayor for Planning and Regeneration, on how the built environment can support the Mayor of London Sir Sadiq Khan’s ambitious growth agenda and provide the workspaces needed to attract leading businesses and innovators. Jules will also discuss the emerging London Plan and how planning policy can facilitate Good Growth.
