Craig McWilliam, Chief Executive of Grosvenor Britain & Ireland, today becomes Chair of the Westminster Property Association – pending agreement from WPA Board members at this afternoon’s Annual General Meeting.
Craig has been active in the WPA since 2013, spending the last two years as Chair of its Policy Committee and Vice Chair of the organisation. Addressing WPA members and industry stakeholders at our AGM reception this evening, he will outline the key priorities for the Association under his leadership and state:
“We must work with public sector leaders to establish a more open, honest and transparent conversation with the public about choices and trade-offs we face to bring the benefits of investment and development to central London and the West End.”
Craig will be supported by two WPA Vice Chairs: Olivia Harris, Chief Executive of affordable housing charity Dolphin Living, and Paul Williams, incoming Chief Executive of Derwent London.
Together with Executive Director, Charles Begley, they will continue to champion Central London’s built environment and our members’ interests.
