On behalf of our members, the WPA has responded to the second consultation on Westminster City Council’s draft Planning Obligations and Affordable Housing SPD (POAH SPD) and Affordable Workspace Draft Informal Planning Guidance Note.
In our response we have expressed concern over the following aspects of the document:
- Carbon offsetting and the proposed carbon price, over which we have particular concerns;
- Affordable workspace;
- Technical matters relating to the guidance on affordable housing;
- Employment and skills
