Over 140 Westminster Property Association guests joined us at The Portman Estate’s One Great Cumberland Place for a breakfast seminar exploring the future of the West End, hosted in partnership with the New West End Company.
Our seminar speakers discussed the office market’s flight to quality in the West End, the increase in demand for more experience-based retail spaces and the need to enhance the West End’s public realm to maintain its position as a magnet for international investment and tourism and retain its long-term appeal to workers and residents.
