WPA submitted its response to the MHCLG consultation to changes to the current planning system on behalf of our members.
The WPA recognises the urgent need to deliver more homes, including affordable and intermediate homes across UK – including in Inner and Central London. The capital’s housing crisis is a major threat to its success as an attractive place not only to live, but to work and invest. We welcome the opportunity to provide feedback on this consultation about changes to the current planning system to improve the delivery of more homes for London and the UK.
